Welcome to the relationships page, a list of further external online resources offering information on this topic.
Relationships, of one kind or another, are pivotal to pretty much everything we do in our work and personal lives. Yet we probably don’t give them as much time and attention as they deserve, and many of us experience a problematic relationship at some point, whether it be with a partner, friend, colleague, family member or manager. We also have the relationship with ourselves to consider, which coaching can help to maintain and improve.
Relationships can truly be a minefield, sometimes a battleground, which is why we have compiled a number of useful links providing a range of advice, information and ideas for places to look for support.
